Orders
When you place an order through our checkout, we accept it on these terms. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Your order is confirmed once you complete payment at checkout.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our store platform's payment providers at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Australia-wide only. Australia-wide delivery · 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate $9.90 on orders under $75. Your applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & refunds
Damaged items: send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost.
Change of mind: within 14 days, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Full details are on our Shipping & returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including our consumer guarantees for products that are faulty or not as described.
