- Australia-wide only. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Standard delivery
- Australia-wide delivery · 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate $9.90 on orders under $75. Your applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
If something arrives damaged
Please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Email spacewell.au@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Changed your mind?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer covers return shipping.
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, so we can help with the next steps.
These policies do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees for faulty products.
