What we collect
When you use this store, we may collect:
- Contact form details — your name, email address and message, when you write to us.
- Email sign-ups — your email address, if you join our coming-soon list.
- Order details — your name, delivery address, contact details and what you ordered, when you check out.
- Basic website data — simple, de-identified statistics about how the site is used.
Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by our store platform and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Reply to your questions and help with orders and returns.
- Get your order delivered to you.
- Email you when the collection launches, if you asked us to.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the store work — our store platform (checkout, orders and payments) and the delivery partners who bring your order to you. They may only use your information to provide those services.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email us. If you'd rather not hear from us, tell us and we'll stop, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
