Where do you deliver?: Australia-wide only. We don't currently ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?: Australia-wide delivery · 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — but we'll always dispatch your order promptly.
What does shipping cost?: Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate $9.90 on orders under $75. Your exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if my item arrives damaged?: Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. We'll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost — no cost to you.
Can I return something if I change my mind?: Yes — within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us first with your order number so we can help with the next steps.
When will the collection be available?: We're carefully choosing our first home organisation and storage sets right now. Leave your email on the shop page and we'll tell you the day they arrive.
